Cancelation police can be found on the front page and on this website. 
3 Days notice is required if canceling your appointment or 100% of the booking is non refundable.

Booking fees are non refundable and can not be transferred to another day or treatment. 

This is to be paid within 24hours of missed or no show appointments or all future treatments will be cancelled.

If you are more than 5minutes late to your appointment you may have to reschedule. 

Lash lift and tint & Lamination treatments

You the customer are required to have have a patch test no later than 24hours before your appointment, if that has not been done I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. 

Eyelash tint & Eyebrow Tint

You the customer are required to have have a patch test no later than 24hours before your appointment, if that has not been done I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. 

Medical

You the Customer are to inform the therapist of any medical or medication you are currently undergoing or taking, the therapist will not be held responsible for any wrong doing if uniformed along side any creams, antibiotics, Botox, fillers, microneedeling treatments.

Treatments- 

If you are unhappy with your treatment or services received please make me aware of this at the time of the treatment, once you have left the salon you will become responsible for the services received and the aftercare of the service. 
Nail treatments/nail chips-  If you do happen to chip, split or damage your nails within the first 48 hours I will correct this for you, otherwise again you are solely responsible for the damages caused. 

I have a zero tolerance to abuse harassment and bullying and I kindly ask you to respect my environment, Staff, Customers and everything in it.
