Please arrive 5minutes before your treatment time.
Payments- In some cases you will be asked to pre pay for your appointment this is Non refundable I also accept Cash & Bank Transfers
Cancellation and Booking Policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so through the booking system at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, including in cases where you choose to reschedule. By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Clients are responsible for managing their own appointments. Direct messages are not monitored 24/7, and the standard cancellation policy will apply regardless of message attempts.
No-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the treatments booked, and future appointments cannot be scheduled until the outstanding balance is paid.
I kindly ask all clients to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being rescheduled, and the full treatment cost will still apply.
